Le Magnolie

Situated on the top of a hill in Penango, a small village less than 2 km from Bio28 and Orsolina28 Art Foundation, Le Magnolie is reached along a small road bordered by enchanting fields typical of the Monferrato landscape, a Unesco heritage site.

Our Structure

Le Magnolie is the result of a renovation project that transformed a pre-existing building to offer all modern comforts for families, couples, or anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature, unwind, and enjoy a communal experience.

The Rooms

Le Magnolie features 18 rooms across three floors, accessible by elevator and stairs, accommodating up to 54 guests. Rooms can be configured as double, triple, or quadruple to suit your needs. Each room is designed to provide maximum functionality and comfort.

The rooms at Le Magnolie are characterized by Nordic-inspired decor and large windows that enhance natural light throughout the seasons. The combination of the aesthetic design with functionality ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.

Each room includes:

The Common Area

The common area features a lounge space, laundry, and kitchen overlooking the garden. Our goal is to create an environment in harmony with the spirit of the place while encouraging interaction, dialogue, and idea exchange among guests.

The communal kitchen has four independent units, each equipped with two burners, an extractor hood, an oven, a sink, and a dishwasher. The area includes shelves and cupboards with all necessary kitchen equipment and tableware, along with refrigerators, a pantry, and a filtered water dispenser.

The guest laundry includes sinks, three washing machines, and three dryers.

The lounge area is furnished with communal tables, stools, chairs, and a bar counter, featuring Wi-Fi, a video projector, and a background audio system.

The Services

Guests of Le Magnolie can enjoy various amenities, including a bocce court, a soccer field, a tennis court, and a swimming pool the tennis court and swimming pool during the summer season.

Upon reservation, guests have access to Bio28's restaurant, the shuttle service from Le Magnolie to Bio28, e-bike and mountain bike rental, and daily cleaning service.
