Flexibility allows you to reach and maintain deeper positions, improving body alignment and movement quality.
This workshop is designed to improve flexibility in a safe and mindful way, working on both the body and the mind.
After an introduction on how physical and emotional tension can affect mobility, we’ll use the breath to relax the body and prepare for practice.
The yoga sequence will be fluid and progressive, with movements that promote stretching and joint mobility.
We’ll conclude with deep stretching and a guided meditation to release inner tension and welcome change with greater openness.
