Every Sunday, Orsolina28 offers experiences dedicated to physical and mental improvement, with a series of sessions designed to help you get to know your body, tone your muscles, work on flexibility and mobility, and find a balance between body and mind.
The experience begins with an outdoor training (moved to a studio in case of bad weather), combining cardio, strength, and stretching to boost energy, wellbeing and connection with nature.
To continue, join a class that blends Pilates with the use of the softball to improve strength, posture, and balance. Through targeted exercises, we will work on core stability, coordination and joint mobility, ending with active relaxation to rebalance body and mind. The day is suitable for all levels, with adaptations for individual needs.
